The Beauty of Good News

I’m always annoyed about the plethora of nasty stories out there that make up our daily news. So much so that I barely watch TV or read a regular paper anymore. Why do I need to know? Truth is, I don’t.

While I know it wouldn’t sell as well, what I’d really like to see is a collection of stories of good deeds and happy endings. The beauty of good news is that it restores my faith in mankind and makes me feel good. I found such a story yesterday and thought I’d bring it to your attention so you can be as amazed, inspired and impressed as I am.

This is about a martial arts momma, named Kim, who lives down in the states somewhere who pulled some kick ass moves on a guy who was trying to drag another woman into his van in a darkened corner of a parking lot. She ended up saving the day and restoring the faith of a scared young woman!

Kudos to Kim!
